Real Property Tax Advisors Ranks on Inc. 5000 for 2018

Inc5000_stacked_bk (RPTA), a leader in the commercial property tax industry and the largest women-owned property tax consulting company in the U.S., is excited to announce its inclusion in the 2018 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.

Since acquiring the firm in 2002, CEO Anne Sheehan has led a close-knit team of property tax experts that have achieved consistent growth for the company while creating significant value for the clients they serve. In the past year, RPTA has onboarded four new major clients, each with revenue more than $1 billion and multi-state portfolios including manufacturing facilities, distributions centers, and corporate headquarters.

“It’s such an honor to be part of the Inc. 5000 this year,” said Sheehan. “It truly validates the hard work we're putting in for our clients, our proven track record of delivering tax savings, and our unique approach to strategic risk management for commercial property taxes. We are pleased to be part of a such an exclusive and competitive list.”

RPTA is accompanied by a group of record-breaking companies that have raised the stakes in this year’s Inc. 5000 list. These companies collectively generated revenue of more than $206.2 billion in 2017.

“If your company is on the Inc. 5000, it’s unparalleled recognition of your years of hard work and sacrifice,” Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter said. “The lines of business may come and go, or come and stay. What doesn’t change is the way entrepreneurs create and accelerate the forces that shape our lives.”

Atlanta-based RPTA joins the ranks of companies like Microsoft, GrubHub, Zappos, Patagonia, Oracle, and dozens more of elite alumni that have gone on to establish household names after their debut on the Inc. 5000 list.
