Our Story

At Real Property Tax Advisors, we’re committed to improving your bottom line. We never want you to pay more than your fair share in property taxes.

When you partner with RPTA, we take care of your commercial real estate taxes so you’re free to focus on running your business. While we manage your commercial property portfolio, you’ll have constant access to updates on your property tax savings.

RPTA’s methods are so effective that we have a 90% success rate for property tax appeals, with an average property tax reduction of 31%.

While we advocate on behalf of our clients to deliver reductions in property tax liability, we also identify implied commercial property tax savings with below-market assessments, and recommend not appealing those assessed values. Our comprehensive knowledge of the commercial property industry, as well as our proven track record of delivering tax savings, leads RPTA to produce consistent, innovative, cost-beneficial and extraordinary results for our clients.
