With 30+ years in the commercial real estate industry, Anne has held numerous roles including real estate appraiser, review appraiser, and commercial real estate broker. She’s applied her passion for helping women advance their professional careers by getting involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Women’s President Organization.
Outside of work, Anne is the wife and mother of ultra-achievers, co-dependent on Pilates, and a lover of fast cars and boats. A frequent business traveler, you can often find her unwinding with a favorite glass of red or a well-crafted martini. When she can round everyone up, she loves to travel with her family to faraway places with no internet access and wide open spaces.

RPTA’s resident integrator. Deb is the genius behind executing the vision. She takes Anne’s ideas and turns them into reality. When she’s not handling the day-to-day operations of the company, you can find her overseeing the Valuation Group, serving as the face of the company for the largest accounts, and managing RPTA’s property tax due diligence and consulting projects.
Never one to back down from a challenge, Deb is always ready to tackle the toughest problems - often taking on complex appeals that typically require litigation. With a keen eye for finding creative solutions to solve difficult problems, Deb has represented some of RPTA’s most high-profile cases in California, Texas, and Florida.
When she's not at work, you can catch Deb courtside at one of her children's basketball games or poolside at a swim meet. A firm believer in giving back, Deb is an active member of her community - volunteering hours at her children's school and actively participating in multiple real estate committees.

As the resident Sherlock Holmes of RPTA, Andrea makes sure to get to the bottom of any situation. She’s always ready and willing to take on new challenges, research remedies, and find innovative solutions to every problem.
A graduate of Emory University, Andrea specializes in client management, database development, and systems and process creation and implementation. She leads the talented and passionate operations and accounting division while playing a key role in developing the company’s core values, vision, strategic growth, and culture code.
Outside of work, Andrea is an animal whisperer, teacher-parent liaison, youth baseball league director, and an expert at keeping calm while answering the question “why” for the billionth time. An avid practitioner of the golden rule, Andrea is a strong advocate of treating others as you would like to be treated and helping turtles cross the street (seriously).
